For pricing we consider a box to be a standard bankers box that measures 10” x 12” x 15” If you don’t have your documents in boxes, bags or totes are also fine. We put all of your documents into our 95 gallon cart, the cart holds 10 boxes, so we will get an accurate count:) If we need to carry those heavy boxes down stairs, we charge $ 5 per box per flight of stairs

Job Information

This info helps us. Are we shredding at Residential address, Business address , Storage unit, warehouse, any stairs, or special circumstances, etc. Also include # of Hard Drives or smart phones that need to be shredded.

When you fill out our shredding appointment request form it will be delivered to only me. I will then contact you as soon as possible. We accept cash, check and any major credit card. Most 10 box appointments take about 10 minutes.

We needed an immediate document purge as our company was preparing for a short-notice FDA audit and needed to clean up excess documents ASAP. After trying to schedule a special purge pick-up, our regular service did nothing and was not willing to make any arrangements before our next scheduled date. They flat-out refused. I spent over 7 hours of my day trying to locate someone who was willing to come within 24 hours to handle an on-site document purge/shred. I called several individual local business and put out an SOS on Yelp. I had several replies and explained our situation however the best anyone would do is 2+ days out which would put us in the midst of our audit. 

When John (ShredBull) replied to my request and I explained our situation, he said he would and 'fit us in' to his route the next day. He came on time, called when he was on his way, shredded everything we needed and provided us with a 'proof of destruction' certificate so we could show that we properly closed out our records. He was incredibly personable, and has a  great business acumen. My manager was very impressed with this gentlemen who is now set up as our backup vendor. Never again will I have to go through the nonsense I've had to so many times in the past.
